I have been very pleased with the Avian Adventure cages I've used in re-homing and adoption projects. Avian Adventure cages are durable, easy to assemble, easy to move, and easy to service. I'm especially impressed with the closure mechanisms and the quality of the finish.....I couldn't be more pleased with my Avian Adventure cages.
As a parrot behavior consultant specializing in the rehab and replacement of companion parrots needing homes, I am frequently faced with the challenge of improving the bird's environment at the time of the home change. The cage can be an important part of this, for if a bird that has been neglected in a too small cage can be re-homed into a larger, more comfortable cage, it stands a really great chance of successful behavioral adjustment. If the cage is good looking and easy to clean, move, and service, then the new owners stand a good chance of adjusting to the bird and enjoying its presence for many years to come.

I just received a new Mediana Dome Top cage for our African Gray Parrot. It is fabulous!! It was even better than I was hoping for. The cage is beautifully designed, extremely well built, has a great powder coat, was as easy to put together as you have advertised, and it was packaged and wrapped in a manner that was way beyond what I had seen before. My husband and I were delighted by how the cage looks, and how well it is built, and I personally was delighted by how easy it went together and how substantial all the parts are...and their connectors. There was not anything that I would have wanted to change. It was as good as you had described, but went beyond even my expectations!! I will pass the word!! I am still amazed by the quality. Your product addresses every complaint I had about the Cal Cage, and then some! So, I think you're better than ziploc and velcro and spandex, and that's saying a lot! Dawn Just ordered/received your Grande cage...The cage is fabulous! So well made. I have 2 rooms filled with various brands of wrought iron cages I have acquired over the last 15 years and I must say it is the best of the bunch of them. My first two cages were from Animal Environments - the Luxor and a "Cockatoo" for an African Grey. The third go around has us with a Freedom Cage. Kick me now! By far, Avian Adventure's cage is the best. The stainless steel posts as connectors (instead of plastic and/or screws) are genius. I will probably end up replacing the Freedom Cage (Samsula?) eventually - it's only a little over a year old. My only concern is that it is home to a Greenwing and I want to make sure that he has similar roving room. The Grande is pretty close! My non-ss cages will be replaced as soon as possible. They are homes to smaller kids and are do receive the damage the coated ones initially did. Lisa I just wanted to let you know my stainless arrived today. Thank you so much for all your efforts. As far as I can tell, the cage is absolutely perfect - no imperfections whatsoever (at least any that *I* would view as imperfections). Now I wish I had bought two! It's an awesome cage! It will take time for our gray to get used to it / it will be his vacation home only /, but to us it already is a beautiful piece of furniture. If we ever get another bird / and we will / we'll get a stainless steel only from Avian Adventures. Five days for the delivery and the price, that's what called a great deal !!! Michael Dear Avian Adventures: I really did my homework when researching a new cage for my baby Sun Conure (due to arrive from his breeder March 14), and I chose an Avian Adventures cage that I special ordered with a dome top (wanted a nice sunny cage with room to climb). True to your word, my cage was delivered right on time, and I am so very impressed with the quality and workmanship. Every single piece on this cage fit together like it was built to zero-tolerance of anything less than a perfect fit. It was so very easy to put together and took about 15 minutes from box to finished. The only tool used was a rubber mallet to put on the wheels. It is so smooth and not a chip is on it. I am so very, very impressed! Thank you so much for the extra touches like touch-up paint and the breeder box door (that wasn't even advertised on the model I chose). It's a gorgeous cage that I'm proud to display in my living room. I am one happy customer. I was really impressed by the beauty and quality of your cages. My cockatiel is a bird picked up from a rescue shelter who hasn't had the greatest life so far, and I felt he deserved the best I could provide for him. After checking out the safety and features on your cages, I decided it was the best possible home and used your website to find a local retailer. The cage was easy to set up, and is an impressively sturdy piece of furniture. The wheels make it easy to roll outside onto the deck so that bird and humans can enjoy the spring weather in safety. The seed catcher is an easy-to-install and brilliant feature allowing the seeds to fall back into the bottom of the cage for easy cleanup. Bravo! Hi!
